The topping out ceremony for Breuninger Park marks a significant milestone on the journey towards the project's completion. As the lead architects, we have been involved throughout every project stage, from the initial concept and design through to construction. After years of intensive planning, it is immensely rewarding to see the architectural vision taking shape on site.

Our ambition has always been to create far more than a conventional car park. Breuninger Park combines sustainable timber construction with a forward-looking mobility concept, creating new public spaces for Stuttgart's city centre. Its low-carbon structural approach, green roofs and façades, and adaptable building framework are designed to support long-term flexibility while contributing to a more sustainable urban environment.

We would like to thank Breuninger for their continued trust, as well as the entire design team, consultants, contractors and craftspeople whose collaboration has made this milestone possible. We look forward to continuing our work together as the project progresses towards completion in 2027.
