We are delighted to have won first prize for our design for the Allmandring I urban development project on the Stuttgart-Vaihingen University Campus – a residential quarter for students!

The design transforms student accommodation on campus into a well-proportioned, resource-efficient and economically viable neighbourhood. The new development draws on the existing structure of the Allmandring and uses this as a basis to create a cohesive residential neighbourhood with clearly defined locations and a high quality of life. The three building plots define a precise urban framework along the Allmandring whilst simultaneously opening up to the surrounding landscape.
