We have once again a reason to celebrate and are delighted to have won one of the first prizes in the cooperative workshop process for the A3 Stuttgart Rosenstein sub-area. A utilisation concept was developed on the basis of the 2024 international ideas competition.

Based on the analytical foundations, we first formulated and presented clear guidelines for the architectural and urban planning implementation of a new urban building block at Rosenstein A3 in cooperation with HenningLarsen and Transsolar KlimaEngineering. Building on this, we were now able to present the results of further development: ROSA – a conceptual proposal that integrates and further elaborates on the findings of the analyses and the objectives discussed in the interim workshop. A central starting point for the design remains the premise of consistently pursuing the qualities established in the competition entries. Once again, particular attention is being paid to the urban planning and climatic challenges of the location, as well as the spatial gap and height difference between the station roof and the access level.
On March 3rd 2026, the exhibition opened at the Rosenstein Exhibition Space (Eichstraße 9, Stuttgart).
