The Hochpunkt H building in the Franklin Areal in Mannheim has been completed

A 48-metre-high residential building by haas cook zemmrich STUDIO2050, combining rental flats, studio flats, a nursery, communal gardens and commercial spaces. The ground floor level brings life to the axis with studio and workshop spaces; the roof level serves as a neighbourhood garden. Large windows, high-quality materials and a holistic sustainability strategy guarantee people-centred spaces offering a high quality of life. The Franklin Barracks conversion project creates a total of up to 8,000 residential units in a vibrant, socially mixed neighbourhood.
