We are delighted to have won second prize in the competition (workshop procedure) ‘Flandernstrasse university site - living in a panoramic location’ in Esslingen, where we were able to convince the jury with our fundamental approach of using the existing structure of the existing buildings as the basis for the urban planning.

With only minor exceptions, no additional areas will be built over; instead, the existing buildings will either be transformed internally, extended or - if necessary - rebuilt on the same footprint.
