On Thursday January 25th 2024, the topping-out ceremony for our VielArten building group project was celebrated in Tübingen.

We would like to thank the company Schaible Holzbau for the celebration and their work on site and Cord Soehlke, Building and First Mayor of the City of Tübingen for his speech.

The 5-storey timber-framed building with a timber support grid and load-bearing façade allows for individual floor plans to meet the different requirements of the owners. Each flat is unique and tailored to the needs of the residents. The access core is made of reinforced concrete and serves as bracing.

Work is now continuing on the drywalls in the interior. We are looking forward to completion this summer.
