With the title TRANSFORM I REUSE I CONTINUE BUILDING, our contribution to the competition for a new documentation center for the Garzweiler opencast mine sets a landmark for the principle of permanent further construction. The shifting of the building materials from the demolished buildings to a documentation site becomes a symbol of the responsible use of our resources. A transformational development that also carries a promise for the future.
